Re: What are your favorite reverb plugins?
This question is really dependent on what you're trying to do with it...and there are so many great reverbs out there now,...some with particular things they do well of course...Even some free ones that sound quite good. And honestly a lot of it is purely subjective and depends on the source materia...

how to remove factory channel presets? -RESOLVED
Does anyone know how to hide or remove all the factory channel presets that are included? They are apparently not located in the same place where we put our user presets, but they get intermixed in the channel preset menu, which is annoying, I just want to put all the MOTU ones into a MOTU folder, o...

Re: Template Approaches
I am kinda curious what some of ya'll do in terms of advanced usage of dp, for example, V-Racks, chunks, clippings... what ends up in your templates? For example, I am starting to use a V-Rack called "Master" which has my master fader and I'm starting to develop some ideas for how to setup...

Re: No MOTU MIDI timepiece in MIDI studio...
well this is truism. I mean I like that idea of having my two MTP/AV's, linked together with serial cable so that I have one giant virtual MIDI interface with everything all plugged in, but am i really gonna use that K2500R or XV5080, among others, ever again? There is the nostaglia of it all, but t...

Re: route MIDI from several tracks track to another MIDI track
I've also noticed that Logic has some tools that are less crude either in use or in appearance. Some are more full featured-- e.g., chord trigger, an arp with a prettier GUI, etc. Also FX that are nicer to work with. It also has several actual step sequencers that are considerably better then dp's ...

Re: route MIDI from several tracks track to another MIDI track
Well.. Dp is currently my favorite DAW, don't get me wrong, but the area of arps and such it is in no way on par with other offerings. LogicPro, for example, has several ways to do step sequencing far better. And many third party plugins are out there. Cream is just one. Bluearp is free. stepic is s...

Re: No MOTU MIDI timepiece in MIDI studio...
It annoys me to no end that they won't support the MTP/AV. There is no chance I will buy one of their XT express because of that. Anyway, hope you guys get it working. I'm on Monterey for the foreseeable future so I haven't had to worry about it.
