Re: iLok key no longer recognized after 2.2 upgrade

that worked great. thank you very much for this wonderful solution. :)

I used the free EasyFind to delete all iLok/Pace files from my harddrive, installed the new iLok extensions, rebooted and everything worked just like before!

Once again - thanks very much!!

iLok key no longer recognized after 2.2 upgrade (RESOLVED)

I downloaded the 2.2 update, and installed both mx4 and iLok, but after having done so, my iLok usb key is no longer recognized. Any here any idea what I can do to remedy this or how to determine if my iLok key is damaged?

Thanks very much!

But to answer your specific question, I got the distinct impression that only one track is needed if you do your VI's "the old way." Shooshie thanks very much. great news indeed. that and no vertical zoom in the TO window were my two main pet peeves. will be checking out dp6 when it's rel...

could anyone tell me if VI's now only need one track instead of two, or at least have an option to be single-track? (if went through this thread, but didn't see an answer to this)

thanks.

Thanks for the link, and thanks for the screenshot of your setup as well. These are very helpful in determining whether it would be worth it for me to shell out the extra $1000 for a full version of Logic. I can't do the limited versions, because I use too many tracks. (that's another thing that ha...

I have templates set up for most of the kinds of work I generally do, so coming into a brand new project for me is basically a matter of booting a template and starting to work. The V-Rack is always there for any sequence I open. I also use the V-Rack for audio routing stems, auxes, reverb tracks, ...

After development on Opcode Studio Vision was stopped, I was forced to look for something else. I gave both DP and Logic a serious try and eventually settled for Logic. The 3 main reasons for me to do so were the following: VI's I prefer Logic's one track VI implementation over DP'2 two-track way of...

Although I already mentioned Filterscape ( DP related review here ), may I suggest you have a look at all u-he.com's synths. Especially Zebra is really worthwhile having a good look at. Version 2 is around the corner too - which is even better. Outstanding support too!
