I think this means no more gaps when playing back music ie orchestral/operatic etc that is continuous but with track markers for different sections.
Yes, this is exactly what it means, and it may be time for me to update Itunes for the first time in a good long while. Yay!

Use the "uninstall" option on the install disk. There may be other preference and log files that remain, but a utility like Cocktail or Onyx should do the trick. Also, if you have Tiger, spotlight MOTU and see what you get, and drag to trash.

Only 5 months? You're flying along! May I refer you to page 2 of the Digital Performer Tips Sheet Sticky (acronyms)? Worth the price of admission. Hang in there, and make great music.

Mac virus? (Shudder...) what type and what are the symptoms?

Yes, there is a generic Sys-Ex recorder in the synth profiles. Look through them and you should find it. And, if you actually get it to work, please report back, as I have not had success with it. As far as a manual is concerned, there is the Unisyn 2.1.1 manual. Perhaps I'm confused about what OS y...

It is a standard TRS connection. Don't really know how to answer your polarity question, as it is a balanced connection. In other words, the tip and ring will be the two center connectors (probably black and red), and the sleeve (green?) will be the shield. Tip is hot, ring is cold. I highly recomme...

Try Auto-Channelize on MIDI patch thru preferences (I think, not at DP right now). I never could get the patch names to display, always had to cross reference the generic patch names to a GM list.

Purgatory? More like Hell. Try this:

To the best of my knowledge, the latest Quicktime player supports GM2 standards, which include reverb sends and other basic plug-ins.

How about the Activity Monitor? Or, you could use the Istat pro Widget which portrays pretty much the same info in a different GUI. Perhaps I don't understand the question, but how could you not be using the max CPU? Perhaps you are referring to the Energy Saver preference setting under Options, whe...
