Just got my new Mac Mini M2 Pro. They shipped it with Sonoma installed which is not playing nice with my 828ES or DP11. Im reading online it’s not possible to install an older OS on this machine, does anyone know if this is true? Any help much appreciated.

I recently wanted to do a clean wipe of my ipad mini I purchased specifically to run Motu's DP Control app. When I went to the app store DP Control was simply gone, I even searched in my 'purchased' apps and it's no longer there.
