Looks like OS 14.5 beta 3 has dropped. and we are back to no more Kontakt crashes, fingers crossed.

With the recent update for Kontakt, the update log mentions that they have been in touch with Apple and Apple acknowledges there is an issue in the OS with a communication layer. Looks like they had it fixed, or partially fixed in 14.5 Beta 1, and it broke again in 14.5 beta 2

Unfortunately it looks like the Kontakt crash bug is back in 14.5 beta 2 do not install!!!

DP 11.31 seems to have broken the beloved Instant Preview for all things Groove Quantize. In MIDI editor, drum editor etc... Can anyone confirm that for us? It appears that Sonoma update 14.5 BETA may have fixed the Kontakt crashing issue. I am doing testing now and it appears to be stable.

I would hold off, there is still issues with Kontakt, which seems to be one of root issue for Kernel panics. I hope this will be resolved soon.

Still having crashes with NI Kontakt even after update to 14.4.1

I was on the phone last week with Motu. I sent them a video of the meter issue, and overall slow graphics refresh in the mixer tab. Motu was able to recreate the issue and a fix should be out in the near future.

This is happening to me as well on large track count projects. It stated happening after Mac OS 14.3 update. I'm thinking it might be a bug with the graphics refresh, although it is only happening in the mixer tab in DP.

Izotope RX 10 standard, updated to 10.5.0, now available though the portal.

I have reached out to MOTU about the double click in the menu bar, they were able to replicate the issue. I am also seeing an issue in working with pitch, it appears to work as normal in the beginning but returning to the window gives the lasso and notes cannot be moved.
