I think I managed to figure out the Audio Setup part though the Main Out Assign I can't see the purpose of, but anyways...

So with phones assigned to Main Out 1-2 I assume that is not direct monitoring and that I need to set phones to Analog 1-2 where my mic is going through input 1. Is this correct?

Will try your suggestions. I have the interface connected to top USB port on macbook and I have a hub connected to the bottom one. I believe all my USB ports are 2.0 as it's an older macbook.

Currently Macbook i5 with 12 Gigs of RAM, Yosemite. Currently connected via USB to see if it's more stable than firewire. The audio glitches are random and about every 10 or so minutes. Managed to get it solved by going back to a 1.07 firmware. Appears that that version is not on the website but a tech guy from MOTU gave me the link.

Still get the odd random 1 second audio glitch out which I can't pinpoint because it's just too random.

I have a MOTU Ultralite MK3 Hybrid. When my computer goes into sleep mode with the interface on it crashes my Mac. I seem to get some Firewire error in the report. Never had an audio interface crash my Mac before. This is OSX Yosemite and firmware 1.07 boot 1.03.

Aside from the manual is there a guide, tutorial, presets I can look at so I can better utilize the reverb?

There is two ways to have the main mix in headphones, I'm wondering which is preferred. 1) Phones assign to Main Mix or in CueMix Bus 1 drop down to Phones 1-2.
