Forget my last post
upgraded to windows 10 but I didn't even get chance to try the windows 8 drivers.... because the 828 mk2 usb worked straight away very very happy bunny

ok... I read somewhere online that windows 8 drivers should work with windows 10 and as my machine was running on windows 7 I didn't think to try windows 8 drivers....
so I am re-upgrading to windows 10 and will try it with windows 8 drivers and let you all know the great news later

thanks for the quick replies gents..... ive had to roll back to windows 7 for now (urgent recording needed) and the roll back was very very easy .... but will reinstall Windows 10 as soon as the drivers appear
