I fixed it by disabling an unused soundcards in the windows device manager, and updating ASIO4ALL. No more problems!

DP8 and ASIO4ALL locking up

DP8 is repeatedly locking up on me. I'm using a small number of tracks on an big orchestral template. About every half hour, one track will stop sounding and then the whole program will permanently stop responding. ASIO4ALL also freezes up, and I can't play any audio from any program on my computer ...

Continuous Data Grid gone grey

Occasionally my continuous data grid (in MIDI tab) goes completely grey (no data showing) for all tracks. The only way to turn it back on is to restart DP8. I am using a big template so this is not really feasible.

Is there a way to turn it back on without restarting DP?
