User interface
Such a noob question, but . . . In the sequence editor, there are little boxes at the corners of the waveform window. They USED to change the cursor from the crosshair to the crossfade arrows. I could then move them to do a crossfade, or if at the beginning or end, do a fade-in/fade-out. That functi...

Re: Importing MP3 into DP9
Andrew at tech support gave me the correct answer, and now it works!! I was grabbing the name of the MP3 file. You have to grab the icon in the column next to the name, a column called MVE.
Problem solved. (This one, anyway . . . )

Importing MP3 into DP9
I have an MP3 file that was sent to me. I "Import Audio File" from the File Menu. In my project, I created a new stereo audio track to be its destination, but it only shows up in the SoundBites Window. Can't double-click, or click-and-drag into a track in the sequence editor. Nothing happe...

Re: Error Importing MIDI files from BIAB
I found the "Chunks" menu, and see the MIDI file. Can't wait to really try this out. Thanks!

Re: Error Importing MIDI files from BIAB
Total noob here, and I'm having the exact same issue. I followed your advice, downloaded and installed "free MIDI Editor", and opened a MIDI file saved from my Roland Fantom. The file opened fine. I resaved it with a new name, opened DP, and it did not give me the error message. Unfortunat...

Re: Audio Playback
Good idea to try the configure hardware menu. My choices are ASIO or Windows ASIO. Then, ASIO driver - MOTU Audio ASIO; then to configure audio driver, and the only menu choice is "phones assignment". There are 4 choices of where to send that: Phones 1-2; Main 1-2; Analog 1-2 (Which do not...

Re: Audio Playback
Thanks for the replies. No change, however. Turned the blue speaker icon off - no difference. AudioPatch thru there are 4 choices - none solved the problem.

One extra guitar input straight into AudioExpress Mic/Inst 1. My problem: Record audio into DP9. That process wor...

Setting up bundles
I bought the video for DP8 from Groove 3. (And his demos are all on MAC.) After getting the BehringerFCA1616 drivers installed, now setting up the input and MIDI connection. In the video, he shows clicking "add" to the inputs, as I am using all 8 inputs in the FCA1616. There are 4 in front...
