Oooops... I meant James, I don't know any Steve. He might be my imaginary friend attending NAMM... (I guess...) :)

You deserve a place in the namm 2017 Pantheon for this commitment, Steve.
We are looking forward!

Re: DP NAMM 2017

It does, that's M53 though, and the same graphic they used two years ago when DP9 was announced.

Anyone at NAMM able to feed us dogs a bone?
They are teasing us for two years ?☺
Where are our fellow motucitizens attending namm ?

DP NAMM 2017

Image

Regarding the visual used for the presentation at 5:15 pm, can we expect the integration of a super sampler in DP9? :D

Re: Install on a drive other than C

Well, some files in the program folder are protected. We are supposed to use the uninstaller to delete them. A workaround might be to delete the content of the dp folder. I think that a single file prevent you to delete the folder but I don't remember which one... sorry.

Hope it helps !

Re: Install on a drive other than C

Hi Chibear,

You can't do it in the motu installer.
BUT just copy and paste the DP folder from C: to D:, the DP program is located in the "Program" folder.

Best,

Re: Machfive 4 this year?

This was just posted by UVI on KVR Hi all, Thanks for your enthusiasm around Falcon, we’re very excited to hear what you create with it! To MachFive3 owners, we hear you and understand. We can’t comment just yet but please know that we’re working on something for you. Expect concrete info early thi...

Re: Machfive 4 this year?

but there is no question that Falcon IS MachFive 4. For sure, not even a clue has been given to us... Hopefully Magic Dave Roberts can comment, if the whole situation is settled and it's just a matter of clarification of details. Indeed, as M5 users we deserve an explanation about this very strange...

Re: Falcon = MachFive 4

Falcon looks impressive, in fact it looks a lot like UVI wanted to address the market that Signal Output targets. The "does everything" market. On the other hand, their video trailer soundtrack is poorly done. That analog synth horn sound doesn't sell the product. Here's the thing about t...

Re: Falcon = MachFive 4

Hello everyone, I upgrarded to M5 4 ( ) yesterday... After few hours testing it, here are the evolutions I noticed regarding Falcon : - obviously the new sampling and synthesis engines. Ircam multi-granular & pluck are killers. The new Wavetable is a natural evolution of the existing one ...

Re: Anyone Seeing Weirdness with LiveRoomG?

I experienced this issue as well, Bayswater. I prepare a set up with LiveRoom included, when I start to play : a big and scary "POP!" comes out of my monitors and then the audio track is completely silent. I found that adjusting the buffer size solves the problem... Have you guys on Mac OS...

Re: M5 3 won't open banks

Did you install the last M5 update as well, from the motu website? V 3.2.1?
The version on your DVD is not the last software update. It may be the problem...

Re: Anyone Seeing Weirdness with LiveRoomG?

Hi Kelldammit,

Yes, I noticed the same issue. Exactly what you described.
It looks like a bug already occurring in the previous version...
As I don't use Live Room, I have never contacted tech support about it.
Besides, yes, LiveRoom is really heavy on the CPU.

Re: M5 3 won't open banks

Hi SMS, Maybe a stupid question but did you copy the banks on your hard drive? Are you sure you follow the correct procedure to load the banks? (Double click on the program > chose the bank in the M5 browser) Otherwise, you can find updates of the banks at motu.com. You could try to install these up...
