I had the same problem on Windows 7 with my Hybrid when moving from my old machine to my new machine. The solution for me was to change my BIOS settings for USB... I need to ENABLE legacy USB mode (for a few reasons actually), and ensure that Intel xHCI mode was DISABLED, as was EHCI Handoff. I don'...
