I did a factory reset, deleted all software and preferences, reinstalled software but was unable to install the latest...

Sequel on this issue. Apparently, the issue is using a rate of 192K. You cannot use the compression, reverbs, etc. on this unit at that high rate, only at 44K according to the rep that I spoke too.. Otherwise, it works fine.

Got on the phone with a representative from MOTU today. He suggested a reset in addition to the same suggestion as Klaus. I'll give it a try.
