Well, I found the culprit. It wasn't Direct Hardware Playthrough. It was a leftover connection I had made a few months ago in "Loopback", a software for routing audio connections between apps. Jeez.

That was a joke. You had a good thought, and I went back to double-check; yes, all the faders are down in all 8 mixes.

It's my understanding that there wouldn't be Direct Hardware Playthrough unless you ran a session in CueMix; is that correct?
