DP 10-11Bug!!!

So is it quantizing to the next beat? If so, that's not a bug; it's in your setup. Dear, Mike Halloran, I respect your venerable age and understand your attitude to your favorite program. But... This is a software error. Try copying the soundbite to the beginning of a new measure. Set the tempo to ...

Re: DP 10-11Bug!!!

One of these bugs in all versions since DP 8. One extra sample appears all the time.
By the way, if you drag and drop an audio file from Finder somewhere on the 57th bar, for example, it will also be shifted by one sample.
A mathematical error in the program engine.

Re: Odd reverb situation

Very often I get my routing messed ud after restarting the Audio System (after having modified my Plug-in settings). When this happens, you need to reload the project. Maybe this is your case.
Just another DP bug. Who's laghing?.. MLC?..

Re: Renaming Markers in other editing windows?

BTW, MOTU REALLY needs to revamp the whole marker enchilada. They should add Colours, categories, takes, show/hide only some, etc. For instance, when I score for video, I always like having markers for ALL cuts and beginnings and ends of dissolves. From these, I usually select the few important one...

But it only works for Volume and Pan. Sad.
Another thing that DP can't (MIDI Life Crisis, start laughing!)

Re: Anomalies when bouncing

It's Pan Law.
In DP it's -2.5 dB so any mono track will be softer than the same mono track in DAW with Pan Law = 0 dB.
It's strange that difference between mixes in LPX and DP is 3 dB instead of 2.5 dB.

It's impossible to set Scrolling in the Commands window. How did you do that?

Zooming (vertically) with the scroll wheel

User Guide, page 331. "If your mouse has a scroll wheel, you can use it to zoom. Simply position the cursor over the zoomable portion of an editor and hold down the Option/Alt key while spinning the scroll wheel. To zoom vertically, hold Option+Control or Alt+Win." I can't zoom vertically,...

Re: Improve DP's MIDI Timing

Check this settings:
Preferences and Settings - Play And Record - MIDI Options -
Patch Thru in background (try On or Off)
Sync Recorded MIDI to Patch Thru (try On or Off)

However, I promise nothing

Re: ProVerb - Center, L, R

It's all about True-Stereo, I guess. But how to organize all this correctly? Should we make three stereo Aux Tracks with ProVerb L, ProVerb C and ProVerb R in each insert?
We need Magic Dave...
