Re: Looking for MOTU SW SDK

Dear KG Drum, you may be right... but try to understand me too... I purchased one MOTU AudioExpress and one 896 mk3, I paid a total of about 1500 USD, I applied already 3 or 4 times... and no ONE reply, anything, from MOTU. Moreover, I am living in Italy about 12 hours away from MOTU business hours....

Re: Looking for MOTU SW SDK

Dear KGDrum, you are perfectly right... but I already applied 3 times (three times) to MOTU and no reply yet.
That's why I am looking to get it sideaway.
Regards, Andrea

Looking for MOTU SW SDK

Dear Folks, since early January 2012 I applied 3 times to the MOTU web site to get the SW SDK. Unfortunately, no reply yet (they didn't say NO, I really never get any reply at all). So, anyone here knows how to get it expeditly? Anyone here would share its own SDK with me? Thanks a lot. Cheers Andrea

Re: MOTU official techncial support doesn't work

Thank you all for your comments.
But... the real problem I seen is that who is giving the remote support has very limited knowledge of the techncial details or doesn't give such a details.
In anycase, I understood, ... there is no other support provider than MOTU techlink.
Regards,
Andrea.

How does the 896 mk3 handle analog output at 192kHz?

Dear Folks, anybody knows exactly how the MOTU 896 mk3 Hybrid handles the Analog Output at 193kHz when the source streams and the system sampling clock is set 2x or 4x lower rate? Anybody knows exactly if it does 2x and 4x automatic oversampling or not? I asked this to the technical support, but no ...

MOTU official techncial support doesn't work

Dear Folks, I am a new disappointed customer of MOTU. I purchased a 896 mk3 Hybrid and an AudioExpress. I opened 9 tickets for the 896 mk3 in January. With 5 I was simply asking for technical details that any other vendors write in their datasheets (anybody never got a MOTU datasheet?). One not yet ...

Programmable Phono RIAA Equalizations/De-emphasis available

Dear All, today is a great day for anybody willing to have a fully-programmable state of the art Digital Phono Preamp for perfect Vinil Restoration, or simply (like in my case) to get rid of the old vacuum-tube preamplifier, sounding good, but having only one, or just a few, RIAA presets and taking ...

Re: Affordable phono preamps for vinyl restoration?

Dear All, I am pleased to inform you that I did an Audiophile Grade implementation of the following Phono RIAA Equalizations/De-emphasis: Versions optimized for 44.1 and 48 kHz sampling: - Official Standard RIAA (1964) - IEC RIAA (IEC 60098) (1974) - AT IEC RIAA (2012) - Own optimized version to dig...
