The problem is deeper than this. Got it fixed after 1.5 hour online w telephone support.

We just got another PCI 424 system with a MOTU 24 i/o and we need for a session to hook it up with ProTools nine. However ProTools doesn't "see" the in and out puts of the 24i/o - my research so far has led me to believe the we have to name the i/o's of the 24 a certain way for ProTools to...
