It probably relates more to trademarks than other aspects. You can get away with parody impersonation but there is value connected with endorsements.

I've tried that and still nothing.. I can click on it and nothing happens.. also another thing is the User folder when I click on that nothing happens..I'm not sure what is going on

I believe that Unisyn was a one man show, at least at the end. From what I could garner, the developer left MOTU and is not much interested in it anymore. It only really works under OS/9 anyway, at least if you want SCSI sampler support.

All good tips.
Here's my contribution:
If you're starting to max DP out, don't change the memory/location points while playing a sequence/song.
On my system, this is almost bound to bring on a crash.
