@binegar - I have another Micro Express, but it's one of the old type which connected via the parallel port, not the newer USB version. Clockworks installed and works without any problem. The routings page doesnt need much in the way of instructions as it's quite easy to figure out how to use it.

Are you routing the relevant MIDI channels to the relevant instruments (ie. channel 10 to the HR16 etc)? My only thought is that (in layman's terms) you may be overloading the buffer in the instruments if you're sending them too much information too quickly, given that they are very old and may not ...
