Next Gen Pre-Gen for DP9
Hi - I was excited to see at the Naam 2016 show the concept of the Next Gen Pre-Gen and how much more efficient heavy plug-in and track use will be. Can you let us know the expected time the new feature with be implemented?

Can Unisyn be used under OSX Mavericks?
I am using Mavericks on my Mac and would like to put Unisyn onto this computer. Can I get the status of this and MOTU's plans for upgrade paths in the future?

64 bit MX4 request
I hope MOTU is going to upgrade MX4 to 64 bit. I love this program and it's not usable in 32 Bit mode anymore in my studio.

Why add the word "Project" to everything?
Does anyone else find it annoying and useless the DP adds the word "Project" to the end of each song created? I find this completely useless and just takes up space and looks terrible. For me the word "project" sounds unprofessional and makes it look like this is a hobby - not my...

Re: MachFive3… Why?
I would disagree that the 16 instrument limit is not a problem or that this is a useless post. Every time you add a new instrument, the additional instrument adds a bunch of unnecessary load to the CPU. Even though it may have better effects which is good for some, that is not a benefit for me as I ...

Re: MachFive3… Why?
Midney, you were saying it's a lot more taxing on the CPU. Can you be more specific regarding how much more? Mach 2 was not that great on CPU as it was. I was hoping version 3 would be better on the CPU. Are you sure that you can only have 16 channels? Usually Motu has many more than 16 on all their...

Some questions about Machfive 3
Congratulation first are in order to Motu for this serious upgrade! I have been loyal to Motu from way back when it was only a MIDI program. I have 3 questions: 1. Can this new version be bounced to disk? Version 2 cannot do this which has been a problem for me. 2. Will this new version import versi...

Re: What would you like to see in the next BPM 1.5?
In rack mode when you highlight a slot you get a red line around it indicating that is is selected which is good. But in addition it gets grayed out. This greying out makes it hard to see the information inside it. Its hard to see if the mute and sole buttons are on or off and it makes the type whic...

Using Groove Monkey MIDI files in BPM
I am considering purchasing some MIDI drum files from Groove Monkey but was wondering if they will trigger my BPM factory kits correctly. I would like to paste the MIDI into DP which in turn plays BPM. They list a lot of drum platforms they support but do not mention BPM. They list: Addictive Drums ...
