Figured it out. I had to replace the "clicks" folder that somehow was deleted.

Hi Guys,

Is anyone familiar with this issue. I have no MOTU click. When I try to load a hi hat audio file to use that doesn't work either. I used to be able to use a click and have all sorts of options. I don't even have a "clicks" folder anywhere.

That is what I was wondering James. I have read about some Engineers inserting a fader between the mic pre and compressor in the vocal chain and while looking at the wave file of a previous vocal take they can anticipate fader moves and make them on the next take. I was looking for a way to draw tho...

So I could lay down a rough vocal track, see where the dynamic parts are,, program the fader moves and then re-record the vocal track with the computer simultaneously riding the faders for me on input. Or would I just be better off using a Frontier AlphaTrack or something where I physically make the...

Does anyone know if there is a way to pre-program automated fader moves before I track a vocal so that I don't have to use a compressor limiter while tracking or at least have it used very little?
