Update: After closing and reopening the project and clearing inserts, then putting in each insert in manually instead of using the "saved insert settings" it's not changing anymore. However the pans are still moving around. Even when not playing.

I have DP7.24 installed on my 2010 27" iMac (El Capitan) and 2011 Macbook Pro (Sierra). The MacBook Pro has Live Room B but the iMac doesn't. The MBP is new to me an upgrade from my 2006 Macbook (Lion) which also had Live room B on it. Does anyone have any ideas why or how I can fix this?

Found problem! The notes were assigned to MIDI events in the Commands menu. I deleted the events and the keys are working now. !

My new Axiom 49 2nd Gen doesn't play 4 keys (E1, G1, F1 and F#2) on any instrument in DP7 but it works fine in stand alone and GarageBand. Are there any settings to fix this?

Yes, that's what I was trying to avoid. I'm getting a new computer in a couple of months so I think I'll wait till then and reinstall. Here's some additional info.
