With one instance of MachFive open in a V-Rack, if I close that Digital Performer project (7.24) and open another DP project the original MachFive 3 window stays visible but the toolbar is gone.

Also keep on mind that this issue isn't affecting mist people and I'd be willing to bet it never came up during MOTU's beta testing or they wouldn't have released it.
