I have done a null test. Interesting. Applied all the same Effects, Volume and panned only hard left and right or left it in the center, it didn't null. But just some very subtle differences. I found, what causes the issue - here is a clip:

Drums without Overheads going into 2 Aux Tracks.
One for the regular Drum Sound, the other for parallel compression.

First Run: These two Drum Aux Tracks.
Second Run: Same Aux Tracks with a Plugin on one of them in bypass.
