I have the latest iOS 9.3.5 and DP 9.12, but OS X 10.8.5(Mountain Lion) on the Mac and DP Control is working fine for me. Sorry James! :-/

I dove into 9.1 yesterday. Right now playing back a large mix originally done in 8 containing a mix of plugs from various companies. Working fine, transport keys good. Will dig in more this weekend. BTW there is an update for Slate VMR to version 1.6.3, saw mention of a VMR issue on the MOTU-Mac list.

And just re-revisited with the 8.07 update, same result.
