David I will pass your issue onto the guys at U.V.I now. I am hoping that I will hear something for you within the next day or so if thats ok. There is not a great deal I can do for you I am afraid and for that I am very sorry, hopefully someone at Motu or UVI will come up with a suitable suggestion...

ok well im using vista ultimate prem and my location for mine is the following: C:\Program Files\UVISoundbanks\Beat Box Anthology.ufs now as long as the file in there is the full file and not an original, copy this: Beat Box Anthology.ufs then rename your file by pasting into the name section. donot delete the bba file, just move it from the bpm folder to the uvi one, that way you dont have to install it in again.

open the bpm folder where your bba file is, then open another window with the uvi soundbanks folder, drag it into there and thats it.

the "map it to a control" was relating to a part of a previous post in that thread topic. Selective quotes without checking the reference history will lead to confusion.

David i did it on 16 and 32 and varied the speed it does not hang. Now unless someone else can confirm this is happenning to them it is system specific. question: have you tried it in any other system than windows 7? now i dont mind xp, a clean vista i can handle but i really hate win7. lol thats just a personal thing though!! legacy stuff hates it! david i dont know what else to suggest, make a little youtube video and upload it showing this happen...
