Also in the DAE/PT5 incompatibility file -- no alternate outputs in VIs. It works in PT, not in DP under DAE. Specifically -- I can route sounds to mix 3-4 in Battery and out B in Stylus, but when I make these assignments, the outputs do not register as input choices for auxes. No way to assign mix ...

Absynth and Stylus and DP5 under DAE
I've got two bugs that I can't overcome running DP5 under DAE... - Absynth 3.02 crashes on opening (it runs fine in Pro Tools) - Stylus is out of sync while in audition mode without the sequence running, but audition mode runs in sync while the sequence is playing (this is also working fine in Pro T...

Double-check to make sure your MachFive MAS.bundle and/or MachFive AU.component were updated with your last install. That was my problem. I manually deleted the old ones, then reinstalled M5 1.2.3. Thereafter, everything's worked. Dude -- you're a god. Anyone with this problem -- the old MAS bundle...

I love the stock reverbs on my TC Powercore... ClassicVerb has a really cool plate that I love to feature in my mixes. It's by far the best reverb I've heard come out of my computer. 2nd best in RenVerb (Waves) and I used to use TrueVerb almost exclusively. The TC stuff is definitely worth the price...

Just to confuse things... The TC Powercore's (stock) Classic Verb is sweet. The plates on that thing have a special appeal that I've only heard on hardware verbs... and very few of them at that. It's my go-to vocal reverb. I'm also loving the Virus Powercore plug (not stock). Whoopie... a fully prog...

Since you've got 16 GB of RAM, you can always load up DP with as many VIs as it will handle (a tad under 4 GB), then instantiate standalone VIs like Kontakt alongside DP (running concurrently). They will in turn use up to 4 GB each as well. You'll have to set these up using interapplication MIDI an...
