Yup, that was the problem. I came across the same suggestion in another forum.
I live in Spain and was using the computer in Spanish. Luckily for me I´m bilingual, but there must be a lot of people here and in South America who aren´t. Will MOTU take note? I doubt it.

Sorry, forgot to add in the previous post that I have, of course, trashed preferences, repaired permisions, uninstalled and then reinstalled DP 6.01,6.02 and 6.03 and still nothing.
I´m using 10.5.8 on an iMac Intel 2.16 GHz Core 2 Duo with 3GB of RAM

When I first changed from DP4 to 5, I never saw the MW EQ or the Para EQ´s in the channel insert menu. They were in the correct folder, appeared to load on starting the programme, but were invisible. Eventually, by the time 5.13 came out and after reinstalling Mac OS, they became available......... ...

At least you´ve had a response from them. I´ve been waiting two weeks for a reply to a techlink re DP6. I´m having all sorts of problems since I updated to 6.01, mostly "freezing", where everything just goes into suspended animation for a minute or so, but also frequent crashes. I´m using ...
