I use alot of EZdrummer and in other DAW's when I move a MIDI note it triggers the sound of the position its in.
Damn!! How can I hear the MIDI notes when I click or drag them in the MIDI tab? Is this possible(DP6)??
Cheers

Good point James.. never thought it that way!! hahaJames Steele wrote:
There also may be fewer DP tutorials online because fewer people need them. The large number of "how to" videos for Logic is somehow proof of ease of use or the opposite?

Re: Is DP 7 worth it?
Ps Logic seems even more illogical than ever to me now and yes I own it (well my wife does) :D Well... I have to disagree with you there! I find Logic to be very user friendly! I picked up Logic much faster than DP. I think Logic's workflow is quicker and more direct in general. Although they say D...

Hey ya'll!
Probably alot of comments already about this, but.....

PS- I don't really need the amp and pedal emulation stuff..

Re: Where's the MW EQ????
Worked PERFECT!!! Thanks!!! :D another question I have is the memory cycle function. Is there an easier(quicker) way to cycle a parte of the song by selecting a parte and make it cycle automatically without having to drag the memory markers all the way to where you want them? It sucks when the you w...

Re: Stereo Tracks!!!
Thanks guys. works great. But its wierd that you have to use a plug-in for something so simple that they could've put as an option on the track like in Logic.

DP6 online tutorials???
Hello DPaholics!
Just wondering if there are any good online DP6 tutorials? I see lots of great tutorials for other DAWs but for DP I can't find jacks#@t!
Thanks.
PS.. I don't really care for that Expert Village crap on Youtube!

Re: OMF Import problem!
I was just about to ask about this as well. I was trying to open an OMF file from Sonar (just a few simple audio tracks). No luck. Interestingly though, it opened fine in Logic 8. From Logic I exported all tracks (which it automatically did from 0:00 :D ). This literally only took a few seconds. (W...

Re: Channel strips and plug-ins!
Is DP your main DAW, or is it Logic or Pro Tools? DP is definitely my overall favorite but I've been diving into Logic pretty seriously for the past month and I have to say I'm pretty impressed. But, for recording clients and working with audio in general DP is far better/easier to work with for me...
