I use MX4 within Logic 9.1.5 with no problems.

I wonder if your problem has to with running Logic in 64 bit mode. I run Logic in 32 bit mode, MX4 is still a 32 bit instrument and may nor run properly when Logic is running in 64 mode mode.

Actually I've just read the posting about MX4 2.1 in Logic 7.2.3 woes, which sounds pretty much like an answer to my posting. It seems as if 2.1 is not so much an upgrade but 2.0 with some extra added bug features. So I guess I'll stick to 2.0 for the moment. Hopefully Motu will address these issues...
