DP 5.13 Metronome bpm menu change?

Why did DP take away the option for changing the Tempo's bpm in the main consolidated window. Now you HAVE to go into the tempo settings to change the met. Am I missing something?

And another thing, the VI for 5.12, 5.12.1, 5.12.1.2.3.4 and 5.13 seem to come and go as they please in the instrument track list, WTF

Metronome different in 5.13

You can't change the metronome speed setting from the main startup windows in 5.13? It was working in 5.12...? You have to go into the preference click window to change the metronome speed. You know I'm kind of PISSED like a MF. I had my powerbook stolen, so I waited until the new Santa Rosa Macbook...
