Thank you. For now, I moved my audio loop into Stylus (> Rex file), an acceptable workaround for my needs today.

Hi,
I have a basic chunk with a Stylus instr (sync to host) and an audio looped track.
Is there a way to change the chunk's tempo (live) and having the audio stretched in real time to stay synced ? I've never worked this way, I don't knows if DP does ?

Hi, I have 5 sequences (chunks) with a 3/4 signature in my project. My first chunk has two measure, so end time is 7.1 Once I dragged it into my song, end times becomes 5.3 (equivalent of 7.1 in 3/4) because the song is 4/4 I can not figure how to set my song to 3/4 ? Solved after a re-install of Moutain Lion via recovery partition : movies now play fine in 64 bits mode !
I didn't know that the recovery partition let re-install the system without erasing datas, app, pref etc (I was ready to manualy restore from TM backup), a real time saver !

OK, but I just try to play regular .mov inside DP (no FW external monitor) : I never had any trouble with the movie window in DP since years .
But now, I just get a black empty movie window when launching DP8.01 in 64 bit mode.

Hi, Movies play fine when using DP8.01 in 32bits mode. In 64bits, windows remains black, no movie (same with severals type of movies, all working fine in DP8.01-32 bits) My system is "clean" ... except that I have both Quicktime 10.2 and 7.6.6 : could it be relative ? Any ideas ...? Thank ...

Perhaps can yo boot your external in target mode, so your laptop will "see" the cd drive as it was its own drive ?

what about DAW in general, and DP in particular ? There is a HUGE price difference (in Europe especialy), and if I can use 667 mhz RAM without losing to much performances. I'll go for it !
