I've tried launching the audio set up as well, but it says it can't find the 828.

thanks for your advice. I bought the Mbox when I was on a course that used Pro Tools a lot, but I found it wasn't for me (after some 10 years with DP!). I haven't got the money to change now, but would probably look at a MOTU traveller or something if I did.
