Re: Lost audio input after DP 11.1 update
I lost an hour with a client sitting there... should have just gone back to .4... cost me $100 bucks. No place to send the back charge invoice. hey maybe that is a good idea. Send backcharge invoice to MOTU, UAD, Apple and then write off as bad debt on taxes. Then those 3 companies will cancel me......

Re: MBP 8 tb ssd drive
thanks Mike... I am going to just install everything from scratch. I know it will take days but I have a fast ATT fiber optics line. My current set up will not be effected. I really like the idea of everything being in the Users/Shared folder. I think in the long run it will make things more stable....

Re: MBP 8 tb ssd drive
Gentlemen... Thanks for the reply’s. All good stuff. I will clean install everything. Like the TM idea of everything on separate External drive. I’ll do that also. Mike your recommending refurb store and SSDs put me on this path. The master VI folder is awesome. Ok diving in.
Thanks so much!

MBP 8 tb ssd drive
Got a rocket ship MBP. My VIs are currently on T5 ssds. I want to have all VI's, plugins, and programs on the new MBP 8TB SSD drive. What is the best way to do that? Do I need to partition? Do I just put everything on the drive where the installs default? I now this is going to be a day or two proje...

Re: Wanting a solid control surface for DP 9.5
Another option is an iPad and VPro... that gives you faders and a few options. Just kind of small. There are other options. For mixing in ITB Andrew Schepps just uses a single fader pro and a laptop. I like that combo because of the trackpad on the laptop keeps everything ergonomic and the fader pro...

Re: Wanting a solid control surface for DP 9.5
I may have posted this earlier, but if you can find an old Behringer BCF2000 controller, I have mapped its Mackie emulation for DP in this article here. http://www.motunation.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=30&t=65913&p=560116&hilit=bcf2000#p560116 Terry I had the BCF2000. It would have been ...

Re: Wanting a solid control surface for DP 9.5
So I'm still having problems getting a good control setup going with Digital Performer. The jog wheel still isn't working properly on DP 10.01 with an MCU I bought. It seems there's no way to configure an external MIDI controller to control the record arm / solo / mute status of tracks. And MOTU's ...

Re: Wanting a solid control surface for DP 9.5
MOTU is a hardware company. Why they do not make an integrated custom control surface for DP 10 is puzzling. The Raven works well since DP has screen size adjustments. PT has the S3, PreSonus has the StudioLive... Please MOTU go for it!

Re: Your big three hopes in updates to DP10
This is a bit off but I would really like a video from MOTU showing every single function... for me once I see a function I can choose to use it or not but spending 10 mins finding it then 10 reading the manual to find out I don't want that function is lame. Hello instagram??? 2019. 1) Unlock the S...
