X-Y Joystick style - 4 inputs to mono mix DP7.24
Has anyone got info about taking 4 mono mice and crossfading all four (Left-Right, Far-Near) with an iPhone app or any other controller? It seems to me that DP uses MIDI channel to identify which fader is addressed, and the controllers I;ve seen can only address 1 channel, therefore one fader. Love ...

Re: DP7 Registration Step Failure
I had problems with the DP 7.24 registration loop with a new Mac Mini (without internal DVD). After numerous tries using remote access to DVD's on other machines, the only thing that worked was using a USB tethered DVD drive attached to the Mac Mini. Hopefully this post will help someone, since MOTU...

Broadcast Wave files for individual tracks
Can you guys tell me a quick way to send each of 16 tracks in DP6 to individual wav format tracks that could be loaded into PC based system for remix?. I see that you can assign track to the same output bus and then send them to broadcast wave format, but in this way, I would have to set-up the tran...

Electric Keys ... what, no Sustain Pedal?
EK doesn't seem to recognize the 'hold' pedal. Is it me .... or do we have a bug? It's not a problem for the Mellotron stuff ..... although a response from the pitch bend would make sense for that sample. The sounds are pretty impressive, but the implementation seems weak. I'd love to hear "all...

You guys are a godsend. It's been so long since I've sequenced anything, that I've turned the filters backwards in my mind....... looking at them as 'what you filter out' rather than 'what you let in'..... .............no wonder I can't record ... I've had it filtered out........... doah! I't been t...

I've downloaded and installed the 5.11 update, and as advertised, the software passes previously recorded SysEx Dumps back to the SOund Canvas. I do not seem to be able to record incoming Bulk Dump from the sound canvas. I can see the data in the MIDI Monitor, but see nothing after the track is reco...

SysEx dumps when updating Perf4.6 to DP5.1
I am recovering from a lightning strike here. The old system was a mac classic II running Perf 4.6 using a MOTU MTP-II. I am trying to get up and running with an Intel Mac-MINI, DP5.1, and MTP-AV. I seem to be getting around ok, but have a problem. Maybe you can help. The old data files were recover...

UltraLite Win XP Channel Labels
Although there is a reference for Mac users in the manual on how to make 'custom channel labels', I can't seem to find a way to do this using Win XP.
Anybody got a clue? Thanks!
