Looks like there's an update for whatever flavor of Analog Lab V you may have. I was on 5.10.0.51 and it's prompting me to update to 5.10.1.4686. Just run Arturia Software Center to update (obviously).

I'm not sure, but are MIDI instruments the target of the sliders or buttons in your Custom Console? Maybe it unlinks from the target assignments? You could go into "Edit Mode" on the Custom Console and look to see if anything has changed perhaps?
