Stuck BTD

Hello-- I've seen this mentioned by several people but couldn't find a definitive answer... I've been suffering from "stuck" Bounce To Disk problem in DP10. When I try to bounce, it beachballs for a while, then bounce meter starts, but gets stuck in the middle, sometimes more than once dur...

Re: Dragging soundbites very jerky in DP10 Sequence Editor

Have a look at this: http://www.motunation.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=66416#p564558 Oh my god, this is it, I changed the colour profile to one below the default for the monitor (SD-170M-A in my case) and now soundbites move smoothly as should be :-) Very strange, but it is working now, thank...

Re: Dragging soundbites very jerky in DP10 Sequence Editor

Thank you for the replies :-) Yes it is more noticeable with projects with video, but the symptom is still there with audio only projects too.. But there is one thing I discovered; My monitor is Iiyama X3272UHS 4k monitor. I ran dual monitor setup the other day using an old LG HD monitor as 2nd disp...

(SOLVED!) Dragging soundbites very jerky in DP10 S.E.

Hello--

I'm finding dragging soundbites in sequence editor really jerky and not smooth.
I've never had this issue pre DP10..

I'm wondering anyone else feels the same?

Thanks, Taka

Re: 2018 Macbook Pro High Sierra - Digital Noise

I don't know if this is relevant, but I used to have 8Pre FW, and at some point, (can't remember which version of OS X), it started to make digital, whining noise. For this problem, I found that the solution was to keep its digital optical output preference (in old MOTU Audio System app) to ADAT, ev...

Re: DP 9.1 sustain pedal not audible during recording - RESO

Sorry if someone mentioned this already earlier, but enabling 'Controllers' and 'all' (or 'only and manually add controllers you need) in Input Filter seems to get the cc64 to work--

Re: Help! can't record MIDI!

Thanks :-) Yeah it was a strange one-! I guess it was coming from years of caches, prefs etc building up... Although I've trashed everything MOTU site says, when I opened the newly-installed 'clean' DP9, greyed-out old 'recently opened projects' from around 2013/2014 showed up at the end of splash s...

Thank You FMiguelez, I think I'll just try a complete erase/reinstall of DP....

Re: Help! can't record MIDI!

Yes I have: --Created a new empty project --Enabled Multi Record and specifically assigned Keylab88 as MIDI input source --Reinstalled DP9.13 Nothing worked so far... I haven't tried creating new user account, but as all standalone apps and Garageband work OK as it is, I'm not sure if it would make ...

Re: Help! can't record MIDI!

Looks like I just cannot record any MIDI... Basically the record-enable button on MIDI tracks don't work, so that I can't even step-record with MIDI keys on that track.. What's going on???

Re: Help! can't record MIDI notes!

HI stubsonic, yes I've checked AudioMIDI setup, but as it's connected via USB, I don't need to connect the 'wires' there, it doesn't let me do it anyway...

Problem seems to be strictly DP, for some reason, record-enabling a MIDI track is not letting that MIDI track receive incoming MIDI data...

Re: Help! MIDI keyboard stopped working

p.p.s.

I can't even play record-enabled MIDI instrument with MIDI keys, so it's not really the problem with my keyboard...
