Another vote of confidence for King Dubby here. I've used it for quite some time with no problems, it's a great plugin.

PSP Vintage Warmer doesn't require an iLok, it has serial number copy protection. Unless they've changed the copy protection and haven't said anything about it on their web site.

Sounds like maybe you need to reinstall DAE, or perhaps there is a more recent version of DAE?

Does DP5 open normally if you ahve MOTU Audio System as your choice?

Right, I made some minor changes in the mix in DP at the original bit and sample rate, then dithered it from that in DSP Quattro instead of Peak 4.

Here's another "yes" vote. Muting folders would be a very useful feature!

I'm using a dual 800 G4 and OS 10.3.9 with DP5. Works fine so far. A faster computer is always better, but I can definitely get work done on this setup.

Wavestation SR and Unisyn not communicating

I'm having a heck of a time getting Unisyn 2.1.1 to talk to my Wavestation SR's. I keep getting checksum errors when trying to load the patches from the SR into Unisyn.

Device ID, channels, all that sort of stuff seem match. Any suggestions?

I prefer dithering in DSP Quattro to other programs. On a recent scoring project I dithered a mix using POW-r, and then later made some minor changes and sent the new mix through the DSP Quattro dithering. I felt it sounded better, and the director made an unsolicited remark to that effect as well.
