Could someone please tell me how I could use MX4 and BPM together at the same time in the same Digital Performer project? Whenever I record enable MX4, all the MIDI data is instantly routed to MX4, even MIDI data that was intended for another plugin (like BPM). It also appears to be impossible to us...

You were 100% correct! It was the sample rate of MachFive2 vs. the sample rate of the Bose speakers. By default, MachFive2 has a sample rate of 44100, and the Bose speakers had a rate of 48000. Is it possible to slave the 8Pre to the MOTU 1224 using an AES/EBU to S/PDIF converter like the Hosa ODL312 (http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/ODL312/)? I have become (painfully) aware that you cannot (apparently) run the PCI (324/424) interfaces at the same time as the MOTU Firewire interfaces...
