Yes, this was fixed in DP version 11.22. If you haven't upgraded, upgrade.

I updated to DP 11.22 today, and the Quicktime movie export crash that's been happening under Ventura has been fixed.

I just downloaded and installed DP 11.22 on my MacBook running Ventura 13.3, and the Quicktime Export no longer causes a crash. In fact, it causes a Movie file to be created with the expected score. Thanks, Motu.

I updated my MacBook to Ventura 13.3 today, and it did not solve the "movie (or any other Core Audio) bounce to disk" bug. So I guess we're waiting on an update to Digital Performer to fix that.

I never use measures and beats, for the same reason. Does it behave the same if you make a small selection, by clicking where you want the soundbite to start (in an empty track) and dragging slightly to the right? I often do that, and the soundbite pretty much always goes at the spot I've selected. ...

Yes, and I use non-Core Audio export with Compressor to export compressed sample files. But my biggest work is in silent film scoring, so I do need to be able to export movies and short sequences in sync with my audio, so fixing this will make my life significantly easier.

...and if you were wondering, yesterday's Mac update to 13.2.1 does not fix this issue.

Yes, I've got Catalina on my 2012 iMac, and DP 11.21 is perfectly stable there (though I use it less, so it has less chance to crash).
